Pursuant to many state privacy laws, we are obligated to inform you of your rights. The Ipsos iSay Privacy Policy describes what personal information is collected, how it is utilized, and the privacy controls and rights afforded to you for the management of your personal information as a member of the panel. Examples of these controls include your explicit consent for participation in sensitive research projects and we also provide you with privacy settings from your Ipsos iSay account.

If you are a member of the panel and would like to submit a privacy related request, you may submit it here.

If you are submitting a privacy rights request as an authorized third party, you must:

(a) Provide proof of authorization from the panel member. This may include a signed power of attorney, a notarized document, or any other legally accepted forms of authorization.

(b) Clearly identify the request on behalf of the panel member, including the type of request as outlined within section 12 of our Ipsos iSay Privacy Policy.

(c) Upload your proof of authorization, a copy of the Ipsos iSay Privacy Policy, and submit your request via our corporate online form hosted here.

Ipsos may contact the panel member to verify the request and confirm the provided authorization.

Ipsos, our partners, and third-party service providers will NEVER use your information for any purpose other than research or as described in our policy. Other than in relation to this panel, Ipsos, our partners, and third-party service providers will NOT try to sell you anything, nor use your information for direct marketing purposes. Ipsos and our sub-contractors will NEVER pass your information to third parties for direct marketing or advertising purposes.
